Under the brand Connolly Irish Whiskey, it is matured in double-char casks giving interesting malt notes and a unique roundness from the addition of sherry wood. 

 

A relaxed, easy drinking whiskey. The adolescent volatility of the malt has been expertly kept under control by the sherry. This will be equally enjoyed straight or with a mixer of choice. With one of the largest Whiskey markets in Asia, our first born will begin its journey in Thailand.
